WASHINGTON, February 8, 2017 – PlanetRisk announced today that it has been awarded a prime position on a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $6 billion ceiling value to provide information technology (IT), technical, and management expertise in support of the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) Information Operations Office (J6), program offices, and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies. The eight-year J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) contract allows PlanetRisk to provide a broad range of technology services to enable DLA in its mission to support US warfighters worldwide.
JETS is intended to support technology service requirements across the DLA Information Operations Enterprise, the DLA Program Executive Offices (PEO), and all other technology service requirements currently supported through DLA Contracting Services Office (DCSO) acquisitions. PlanetRisk will be able to provide a full range of IT services, technical and management expertise that support applications, software, hardware, infrastructure, and systems, as well as cyber security.
PlanetRisk has been supporting DLA since 2010. Paul McQuillan, CEO of PlanetRisk said of the IDIQ win, “This is a major IDIQ win for PlanetRisk and we are excited by this opportunity and look forward to continuing to support DLA over the life of the JETS vehicle.”
DLA awarded the IDIQ contract through a competitive procurement process and will obligate defense working capital funds from fiscal 2017 through 2025 upon the award of task orders.
